Born and raised in Cincinnati Ohio, Samuel Coletta-Bates has known he wanted to be a filmmaker since he was 12. Years of making videos and short films made him realize his true passion was cinematography, which he has been practicing consistently since his enrollment at Ohio University’s HTC Film Program in 2021, of which he is now an Alumni. Samuel has worked on over 50 film sets throughout his career so far, and he continues to shoot and operate in the Southern Ohio area.
